We are looking for a skilled react.js developer to join our front-end development team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing user interface components using React.js concepts and workflows. You will also be responsible for profiling and improving front-end performance and documenting our front-end codebase.

React Developer

Test the product and gather feedback to iterate a great solution. 

User Tester

Help give back to the Dev Launchers community by guiding a beginner launcher on their journey! 

Mentor 

Previous experience conducting user interviews virtually, attending weekly meetings, and collaborating with team members to create effective insights.

Gathering and evaluating user requirements, in collaboration with product managers, designers, and developers.
Must be able to attend weekly team meetings and commit five to 10 hours a week.
Conduct research on user experience and target audience.
Formulate insights based on user research results.
Proficient with UI/UX tools e.g., Figma
Preferred experience conducting user interviews and/or crafting interview dialogues.
Have a few years of experience OR have worked on a couple of projects.
Bring vigor, passion, motivation, and energy.
Willing to work in an Agile/Scrum development environment involving weekly standups and bi-weekly sprints.
